T.O.S:

BRIEF SUMMARY:-Credit me as the artist.-Pay BEFOREHAND or after the sketch. (Friends and family preferred).-I only draw furries, humanoids or other creatures like monsters at the moment.
Ask for humans.-I don't take big orders so I don't get burntout.

You can ask for more later.○○○○How to commission me:If commissioning me I’ll take for granted that you have read the T.O.S, If you didn’t read it and decide to commission me, keep in mind that any sort of problems or issues that could happen will be your responsibility!○○○○Payment:I accept Euros (through Paypal). Paypal directly changes your currency to mine, so don't worry!○○○○General TOS:-Payment either upfront or after the sketch! I'll tell you.-My art could roughly take from 1 day to 2 months to finish. (I will always keep communication and send wips if asked!) If I take any longer than that I apologize, I'm busy with studies! I will keep you posted though.-If I can't finish the art piece you will be given a refund! Though that has never happened.-You can cancel a comission or a trade if it HASN'T been started yet.
○○○○Design TOS:-I can hold an oc for MAX 2 months! If there have been no updates till then, the character will be put back for offers.-Don't re-sell for a higher price than you bought it for. But you can sell it again for the same price!
If you buy art for the character feel free to re-sale it at any price.-Don't heavily reference off my designs. Taking inspiration is fine just be creative!-You can do ANYTHING with the character once you get it. I don't mind!Just DON'T delete it from Toyhouse or private them. (If you private it give me permissions to be able to see it, thank you!)-I don't sell characters for commercial use. If you get one don't make merchandise to sell! You can make things for yourself just don't mass produce it :")We can talk about prices if you want a character to be used for commercial use.
○○○○Refunds:I dont give refunds in any "finished" artwork so please keep this in mind!You may cancel the commission BEFORE it has started. And please do not complain if you don't like the sketch, it's my art style and I won't change it.
Of course, you can ask for changes to be made regarding any traits of the character that I got wrong. That is totally fine and encouraged! Ask for as many as you want.If I have already finished the sketch, and you refuse to pay, I will have the right to turn that sketch into another drawing, or delete it.If you're on Hiatus, please be careful and warn me beforehand! If a month passes and you don't answer to confirm the payment, I'll cancel the commission.If the art hasn't been started I have the right to cancel the commission if I think that I can't finish it.If I take a long time to reply, or go over the deadline you give me, I can give you a refund, if you ask.If you don't give me a deadline this does not apply! You can request a Deadline if you want me to finish the art on an specific date, for example: a birthday gift.With no deadline I will take my time.○○○○Adopts:After you buy an adopt from me you may sell it again ONLY after you get extra art of it!
